Overall this is a great location, well maintained property that really doesn't have obnoxiously loud tenants. Maintenance ... staff is always willing to help out and go the extra mile to exceed expectations. The back pool has a rough texture on the plaster that definitely needs to be refinished but the front pool is well maintained and always clean. It was on Jan 23, Saturday. Out of sudden, the AC unit was malfunctioning. I sent a request via email to the management team ... with a hope that the AC would be taken care of in the coming weekdays. You know what? I received a call just minutes after my request, and a staff was sent to check on the AC, and it was fixed right away, perfect timing for this coldest winter in Las Vegas. I lived here from 1993-1995 and loved living here so much that when I moved back to Las Vegas I chose to move back!! Am VERY ... HAPPY I did! I love hoe large the trees have grown!! I love everything about these apartments, except the dog restrictions! I do, however, respect the property owners right to decide those matters.
